We work together to provide compassionate patient care for stroke and dialysis patients. CMU serves Freeman and our community as the designated stroke floor to help maintain a Level II Stroke Accreditation. We serve a population of hemodynamically stable neuro-medical and renal patients. Our team culture is built on the Freeman Five Star Promise: Compassion, Communication, Teamwork, Ownership, and Professionalism**What You’ll Do**Working Under The Direction Of, And In Collaboration With The Director And Assistant Director Of Cmu/Tcu/Sicu. Leads The Team To Provide Appropriate Care Through Use Of Nursing Process In Collaboration With Established Policy And Intuitional Philosophy. Works Jointly With Director, Charge Nurses, Physicians, And Staff To Develop The Department's Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, Policies And Procedures.**Requirements**• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State.
