Seasoned RN Homecare Experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking a Seasoned RN with Homecare Experience to join our dedicated team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience! In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well‑being and comfort while supporting their health goals. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, paid bi‑weekly. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home setting, including assessments, treatments, and patient education. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes. Document all nursing activities and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in homecare nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast MI Regional area. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
