Details
Basic Function

Provides office support to the Cambus and Fleet Services maintenance team over the summer, including as they transition to new FASTER technology platform.

Responsibilities

* Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries

* Providing clerical support to maintenance staff

* Updating / assisting with FASTER software transition

* Checking in and assessing inventory

* Providing customer service and general coordination with vendors

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Any combination of clerical office experience, undergraduate education, and/or other post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to one year of full-time employment

* Demonstrated professionalism, organization and communication/customer service skills.

* Experience with computer systems, preferable Microsoft Office.

* Successfully complete a criminal background check

* Valid Driver's license and ability to meet and maintain UI Driving Policy standards.

Work Hours

* Position to start immediately with anticipated end date in August 2026.

* Availability during business hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.

* Supervisor will establish work schedules, anticipated 30-40 hours per week.
