About the Position

* Bilingual is recommended but not required.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved School of Physical Therapy and have a current Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas.
We prefer someone with at least one year of experience, however, consideration will be given to new graduates

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment goals, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
