Job Description DT-Trak Consulting is seeking Outpatient Registered Nurses to support ambulatory care and primary care clinic operations.
Schedule: Monday through Friday Day shift schedule No nights No call
Responsibilities:
- Patient triage
- Clinic support
- Care coordination
- Patient education
- Documentation and follow-up
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum two years of outpatient, ambulatory, or primary care experience
