Job Description DT-Trak Consulting is seeking Outpatient Registered Nurses to support ambulatory care and primary care clinic operations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday Day shift schedule No nights No call

Responsibilities:

  • Patient triage
  • Clinic support
  • Care coordination
  • Patient education
  • Documentation and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum two years of outpatient, ambulatory, or primary care experience
