Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Chambersburg, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: 9/1/2026 About the Position We are seeking a Non-Interventional Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment providing inpatient cardiology coverage in an acute care hospital setting. This role focuses on consultative and diagnostic cardiology services for adult patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. ⚕️ Schedule Details: • Monday–Sunday coverage • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⏰ • One-hour lunch (8 hours worked) ️ • Occasional weeknight call • Weekend coverage as needed • Coverage requirement: 1–2 weeks per month, including weekends as required ✔️ Clinical Responsibilities: The cardiologist will manage a high-volume inpatient census and provide non-invasive procedural and interpretive services. Interventional and electrophysiology services are available onsite for escalation of care. ❤️ Primary responsibilities include: • Direct patient care ‍⚕️ • Diagnostic interpretation • Inpatient consults • Collaboration with multidisciplinary cardiology teams ✅ Requirements: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology (Board Certification preferred) ✔️ • Active Pennsylvania Medical License • DEA required • ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience with non-invasive cardiology procedures including: • Echocardiograms ❤️ • Stress testing (including nuclear) ‍♂️ • Holter monitoring • EKG interpretation • TEEs • Cardioversions ⚡ Additional Qualifications: • Ability to manage inpatient consults independently • Epic EMR experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills ️ • CTA reading certification preferred (not required) Assignment Perks: • All orientation hours are payable • Malpractice coverage provided ️ • Credentialing support (minimum 90-day timeframe; temporary privileges possible with clean file) ✔️ • Collaborative inpatient cardiology environment with APP support • Support from a dedicated account management team Interested?
