Role Description
En este puesto, te incorporarás al área de desarrollo backend para integrarte de forma rápida a un equipo dinámico con un ritmo de trabajo alto donde la calidad del entregable no es negociable. El core del proyecto corre sobre Java y cuenta con una arquitectura basada en eventos, teniendo a Kafka como pieza central. Formarás parte de un ecosistema que exige un alto grado de autonomía, capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y ejecución proactiva desde el primer día.
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de microservicios eficientes utilizando Java.
- Implementación, diseño y consumo de eventos con Kafka en sistemas asincrónicos.
- Diseño e integración robusta de procesos asincrónicos dentro de la arquitectura de la plataforma.
- Colaborar de forma estrecha con el Technical Leader en la toma de decisiones técnicas y definición de arquitectura.
- Participar activamente en revisiones de código (code reviews) para velar por la calidad técnica y en las ceremonias ágiles del equipo.
- Brindar soporte al equipo de QA en la definición y validación de casos de prueba técnicos.
Qualifications
- Experiencia senior comprobable (3+ años) en el rol de Desarrollador Backend utilizando Java y el framework Spring Boot (Excluyente).
- Experiencia práctica y comprobable con Kafka o sistemas de mensajería similares (Ej: RabbitMQ o afines) (Excluyente).
- Manejo sólido y comprensión de patrones de procesamiento asincrónico y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Excluyente).
- Experiencia de trabajo bajo metodologías ágiles de desarrollo (Excluyente).
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata para trabajar en un proyecto con extensión asegurada hasta diciembre de 2025 (Excluyente).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, autonomía para la resolución de problemas y adaptabilidad a entornos de alta exigencia.
Requirements
- Deseable: Experiencia previa dentro del rubro Fintech, soluciones de pagos o procesamiento transaccional (Visa, Mastercard, pasarelas de pago).
- Conocimientos o experiencia trabajando con bases de datos NoSQL o arquitecturas de datos distribuidas.
- Nivel de inglés técnico o conversacional (Suma como un plus para el proyecto).
