Join Priority Care Rehab 's passionate team in a premier skilled-nursing facility in The Bronx, NY !
We're dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care and helping our residents regain independence and thrive. We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to bring expertise and enthusiasm to our supportive environment.
Empower Residents : Develop creative, personalized OT treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest functional potential.
Hands-On Therapy : Conduct thorough evaluations and provide effective, evidence-based therapy focused on ADLs, functional mobility, and quality of life.
Collaborate : Work closely with our fantastic interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, Nursing, MDs) to deliver seamless, holistic care.
Make an Impact : Educate residents and families, track progress using our EMR system, and celebrate functional gains.
Weekly Direct Deposit : Consistent and timely payment.
Qualifications:
Current NY State Occupational Therapist license
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Open to independent contractors
