Position Summary / Objective of Position

We are seeking an experienced systems administrator to help maintain and grow our IT infrastructure. This highly visible position will have responsibilities ranging from help desk to server administration.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

3+ years supporting/administering Windows servers and clients

MS Office support experience

Linux experience preferred but not required

Microsoft 365 experience

Experience with network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, etc.) preferred

RMM experience preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for end user help desk tickets

Server administration

Storage management

Hardware and software upgrades

Exchange/Microsoft 365 administration

PBX administration
