Warehouse AssociateOur facility located in Maumelle, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate. We embrace open communication, trust, and mutual respect, creating a supportive culture that values innovation and teamwork.Pick, store, and handle components, packaging, and finished goods for production and incoming shipmentsComplete all required SAP transactions related to warehouse operationsMaintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and participation in inventory auditsLoad and unload trucks, and manage shipping and receiving activitiesSafely operate warehouse equipment, including scales, pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, turret trucks, and yard trucksSupport continuous improvement and safety initiatives within the warehouseLift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the shift as required by the role1+ years of experience in warehouse functions including forklift operation experienceYard Truck operation experienceExperience working with hand-held scanner/RF unitExperience working with SAPGood communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
