About the Role As a Providence caregiver you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world‑class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care. Hours and Schedule Full Time – 36‑hour weekly, (3) 12‑hour shifts per week. Day and night shifts available. Pay and Benefits Base pay range: $44.16 – $77.58 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible full‑time external hires who meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire. 1 year nursing experience.
