Key Lead: Retail Floor Leader & Customer Experience
A&F Stores, Inc.
A&F Stores, Inc. is seeking a Key Lead to enhance customer experience and supervise store operations. As part of the leadership team, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective performance and team achievement of sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, demonstrate exceptional customer-focused skills, and possess a positive attitude. The role requires flexibility in the schedule with at least 12-16 hours per week and availability on weekends.
