Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance & update of all Emirates commercial data and reports so that commercial stakeholders have full and constant visibility of the various performance metrics. The incumbent will manage all the processes related to the data update and is also responsible for the ongoing analysis of the various data sets and to formulate reports and recommendations for the commercial management. Job Outline Build and develop reports that are both easy to use and provide useful insights in steering sales and achieving the required commercial objectives. Ensure the accuracy of all reporting. Research, compile and analyse market data from internal and external sources. This includes but is not limited to ARC, MIDT, forward booking, ticketing, and flown data. Provide periodic market analysis for each sales channel, gateway, and sales region. Identifying sales gaps and opportunities and share them with the commercial management team. Compile and analyse data on competitors in terms of market share, reputation, and strengths and weaknesses Work as a salesforce.com champion for the local sales organization; ensure that all records are kept up to date, leading to increased reporting accuracy. (Maintain a comprehensive and structured hierarchy for salesforce.com which includes accounts, account owners, territories, etc.) Liaise with the local sales teams to provide analytical support for Quarterly business reviews and any other ad-hoc requests. Recap sales and tactical campaigns, providing useful insights to all relevant parties Coordinate, track, and monitor all backend incentives into the incentive management system (AIMs), ensure that all forecast are kept up to date. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with local sales teams and key stakeholders in head office. Liaise with the local pricing team and other EK departments in order to develop EK?s market position Provide support on ad-hoc projects Qualifications & Experience Very strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex sets of data.
