Internal Medicine Physician

A well-established and growing physician-owned practice is seeking a Internal Medicine physician to join its outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA, a rapidly growing community in North Georgia. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, strong provider support, and commitment to work-life balance. Providers also have access to additional office locations in Johns Creek and Dawsonville, with a new Cumming location planned to open in 2028.

Position Overview:

• 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
• 1:12 call rotation, with calls screened and handled by an APP first
• Dedicated scribe support
• Charting completed during clinic hours-no taking work home
• Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Leading 2-year guaranteed base salary
• Transition to 38%-40% of collections after the guarantee period
• Productivity incentives and retention bonus
