8-hour day shifts, with a guarantee of 36 hours and potential for up to 40 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist for our Lawrenceburg, TN location. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and be prepared to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected. Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to patients Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day Ensure productivity standards are met or exceeded Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately Float to other clinics as needed Required Experience Outpatient experience is preferred. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast‑paced clinic environment and manage varying patient needs effectively.
