About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
• Utilize multiple therapeutic approaches and strategies to promote patient independence, safety, and well-being
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• 0 years of experience (entry-level or experienced professionals welcome to apply)
