Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19.75 - $19.75 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Compliance Checker:

• Monitor store employees to ensure they ask for the customer's ID before quoting a price

• If the ID is requested, the employee receives a Green Card; if not, a Red Card is given

• Check if store employees use age-verification devices if available

• Partake in regular visits to ensure proper use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and age-verification devices

• Send an email report to the store's management after each visit

• Archive visit results in a password-protected reporting website

• View sample reports

• Record findings on a paper route sheet

• Complete the route within the same day before the stores close

• Report the route results over the phone after the route has been completed

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Must be in an age range where businesses will ask for identification to prove legal age for purchasing alcohol and tobacco items to ensure compliance

• Candidates must have a vehicle to complete assigned routes

• Have a valid state issued identification card or license

• Reliable transportation

• Cell phone with texting and picture taking capabilities

• Have the ability to follow both written and oral instructions

• Be able to read, write and speak English

• Background check required
