Senior PlumberLocation: Pittsgrove, New Jersey, Clay's Climate Control, LLCCompensation Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour + bonus opportunities!Job Description: Now Offering Up to $6,000 Sign-On Bonus!What You'll Do:Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfactionProvide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systemsFollow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into salesDiagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etcEmphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing optionsInstalling water treatment systems, gas piping, etc.Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.What You Need To Succeed:An experienced plumber with at least 10 years experience in residential serviceA positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.A deep understanding of plumbing equipmentEnthusiasm to learn and growThe ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's homeA valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this roleAbility to work late when the job at hand requires itThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.Why should you join our team?We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.T (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork).
