Electrical Engineer

Focus on different projects in support of the plant's design and operational needs in order to ensure safe and efficient operations that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, & be involved in long term planning.

Required Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives and motors, low and medium power distribution, substations, and power distribution equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, cables, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Engineering Desired Characteristics: Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Thermography, and Motor Circuit Analysis.
• Prior experience in Chemical Manufacturing with Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred.
• Must be in current position minimum of 6 months.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prompt, regular, and dependable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Serve as the Site Electrical Engineer working for the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain Update plant electrical single line diagrams and associated Arc Flash Analysis / Labeling.
• Serve as an Authority having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for NPFA 70E compliance. xhyhwjd
