Travel Clinician OpportunityClinicians should be prepared to use strong critical-thinking skills, adapt to the available resources, and apply a well-rounded clinical approach across a variety of responsibilities. Minimum years of experience: 1 year. Recent experience required: Yes. Required skills/competencies include tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection - open/lap, hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, thyroidectomy partial/total, abdominal hysterectomy, anterior/posterior repair (colporrhaphy), bilateral tubal ligation, dilation & curettage, vaginal hysterectomy, arthroscopy, closed/open reduction of fractures, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, gynecologic robotic surgery, cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and transurethral resection of the prostate. Certifications required: BLS, CST or NBSTSA. All RTO must be on submittal. Any RTO after offer will not be approved. It will be the traveler’s responsibility to have any additional shifts covered. Call-out/call-off policy: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. Automatic disqualifications: No hits on license approved.
