Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching credentials in the state of Arizona
- Experience working in a resource room or similar inclusive educational environment
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
What You’ll Do:
- Provide targeted instruction and academic support to students with diverse needs, as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student abilities and progress
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure each child receives appropriate accommodations and modifications
- Monitor and document student growth, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
