Workday Implementaion Training Lead

Peak Partners has a client who is seeking to hire a Workday Finance, HCM & Payroll Implementaion Training Lead. The Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering the end-user training program for the Workday implementation. This role identifies training needs, develops training materials, coordinates instructor-led and virtual learning, and ensures users have the knowledge and confidence required to effectively perform their responsibilities at go-live. Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities Develop the training strategy and curriculum. Identify audiences and learning paths. Create training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides. Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training. Partner with functional teams to validate training content. Evaluate training effectiveness and support post-go-live learning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience leading ERP training programs. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
