Order Entry Associate

We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Order Entry Specialist to join our Order Entry team in Hicksville, NY. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of day‑to‑day communication between Order Entry and internal departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Art, and Shipping, to identify, address, and resolve order‑related issues and changes. Accurately enter and review customer orders in collaboration with our remote AWS (offshore) team. Respond to customer emails regarding order status, changes, and general order‑related inquiries. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all order data. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and business needs. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in Order Entry or Data Entry preferred; manufacturing experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
