Overview Server – St Louis Lambert International Airport We are seeking friendly and professional servers to join our team at St Louis International Airport. As a server, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for travelers and guests. Responsibilities Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health and safety regulations and airport security protocols. Qualifications Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass airport security clearance. Work Environment This position is based at St Louis International Airport and involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced airport dining environment.
