Material Handler II
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain general supplies and stock materials for daily usage by production team(s)
- • Attain basic understanding and competency of SAP transactions directly related to core area duties
- • Accurately enter a variety of SAP transactions (Material Movements) ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and SOP’s
- • Prepare items for production use (i.e. wipe down materials for entry to the staging area) to include systematic transactions.
- • Sustain inventory maintenance responsibilities among peers.
- • Continue with ongoing required area training to increase knowledge and understanding. Complete training on the job-related equipment. Complete on-going Employee Health & Safety (EHS) chemical awareness training
- • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- SAP, material handling, supply chain/logistics
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
- SAP experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office Suite programs
