Population Health Advocate — Analytics & Client Support
Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists
The Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists is seeking a full-time Population Health Management Advocate in Annapolis, Maryland. The Advocate will support customer engagement and operational excellence, helping to improve the health of members through analytics and implementation of health programs. This role requires effective communication skills to build relationships, analytical capabilities to address complex issues, and a commitment to customer needs.
