Looking for steady Work? Since the food truck is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we can provide you with a steady work load. Also, because this position requires you to be at different locations at various times of the day, we will provide transportation from our Food Truck Garage in Akron.

Responsibilities:

•Being punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest

•Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food

•Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes

•Maintaining restaurant, vehicle, and garage cleanliness

•Maintaining appropriate portion control

•Ensuring items are well stocked

•Taking accurate food orders

•Maintaining an overall safe working condition

•Following the direction of management always

•Wear and maintain clean uniform including non-slip shoes

•Must be willing to assist in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

•Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires working permit)

•Able to work on your feet for the full duration of a shift

•Must posses the ability to work 25+ hours per week with an emphasis on weekends (Friday-Sunday availability is required)

•Must be willing to work rotating holidays at managers discretion

•Must be able to follow professional grooming standards

•Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level

•Able to work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested

•Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees

•Able to display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments

•Able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service

•Able to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency

•Able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu

•Able to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
