What You'll Earn
This isn't a flat-rate grind. Your paycheck reflects your effort:

Base pay: $17$26/hr depending on role and experience

Tips: +$7$10/hr on average paid by real customers who appreciate real work

Weekly & monthly bonuses on top of that

Paid training you earn while you learn

Driver Requirements
At least 21 years old

Valid U.S. driver's license with no major infractions (DUI, reckless operation, etc.) in the last 5 years

No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years; no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years

Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted

Service-minded you care about doing the job right, not just getting it done
