Founding Full-Stack Architect: Own the Zero-to-One Platform

- pIgnizia is hiring a senior engineer to lead the architecture from zero to one for a human-AI coordination platform. You will own the relational data model, privacy guarantees, and end-to-end stack (TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase/Postgres) while shaping the engineering culture and mentoring newer engineers.
- pThe role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with hybrid in-person by default, offering meaningful founding equity and a salary range shared early in the process. You will ship against a real factory partner from week one and help build the core platform.
