Warehouse Forklift Operator

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call / potential call-in availability required)

About the Role: This role requires an individual with a strong work history and stable tenure (at least 1+ years per previous employer). You will handle a variety of warehouse tasks including heavy manual lifting, operating multiple types of forklifts, and utilizing basic computer skills for daily tracking and data entry.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely load and unload delivery trucks using hand tools, pallet jacks, and various types of forklift equipment.
- Pull, restock, and stage parts and inventory efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Transport materials and boxes manually, via pallet jack, or utilizing specialized forklift machinery.
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, order processing, and logging items.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and proper lifting mechanics during all logistics operations.
What We're Looking For
- Stable Work History: Proven track record of stable tenure with previous employers (candidates must have 1+ years per role; job hoppers will not be considered).
- Forklift Experience: Hands-on experience operating a wide variety of forklift equipment and material handling machinery.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency for warehouse tracking, order processing, and data entry.
- Physical Requirements: Capability to perform regular manual lifting, loading, and unloading tasks.
- Screening: Successful completion of an in-person or virtual interview prior to placement.
