Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Address customer complaints, handling disputes with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. Process orders for materials needed for jobs, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.

7. Maintain inventory records and track supplies to ensure efficient operation.

8. Documentation and Reporting:

9. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the database.

10. Prepare reports on customer feedback, job status, and operational activities when required.

11. Collaboration:

    Qualifications:

13. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

14. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
