Join Our Team as an RN Adult Day Health Program!

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to adults and seniors in need? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive and engaging environment? If so, Gracious Home Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) is looking for dedicated RN to join our team in Southborough, Full-time opportunity, Saturday availability is required for this position. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Health Program
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administer medications as needed
• Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills:

• Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience
• Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
• Private Duty Care knowledge
• Nursing Education background
• Medical Surgical expertise
• Three or more Years experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Experience in Telemetry and Skilled Nursing
• Proficiency in Care Planning and Interventions
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential
• Operating Room or Acute Care experience
