Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethical boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek therapeutic support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role will be critical in creating a safe therapeutic environment that empowers clients to face their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

  • An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Proficiency in using technology for clinical documentation and communication, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

  • Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

  • Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting the skill and experience you bring to our organization.
