As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aviata at Lake Mary, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients.

We are seeking a qualified Licensed LPN to join our team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. You will also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation.

Full-time shifts: Day (7a-7p) & Night (7p-7a)

Competitive pay rate: $30 - $35 HOURLY

12-hour shifts!

Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation

Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program

Provide nursing services

Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN

Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
