We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Press Operations team as an HP Digital Press Operator at our Green Bay facility. Every day, our team brings customers' labels and packaging to life, creating an experience that's second to none and helping our clients stand out over the competition. Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (training on 1st shift) 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (training on 1st shift) Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Operate HP or UV digital print technologies Provide color management support on every project Collaborate with production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management Learn the business by fulfilling customer needs The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software) Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse group of people and personalities Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to internal inquiries Clear, effective communication with all team members Skills & Experience: Required: High school education Preferred: Certified Operator Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks A plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
