Travel RN - Transplant Service

Location: Dallas, Texas

Schedule: Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description: The Travel RN for the Transplant Service will primarily perform desk work while demonstrating proficient computer skills. The role involves working with electronic medical records such as Meditech, TransChart, and PatientKeeper. The position may occasionally require rooming and assessing patients during clinic days, as well as participating in WebEx meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Engagement in desk work with proficient use of electronic medical records software.
• Rooming and assessing patients during clinic visits as necessary.
• Participating in meetings via WebEx on an as-needed basis.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• Preferred: Two or more years of transplant experience.
• Experience working with the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) is a plus.
