• Provide clear communication, accurate information, and a positive experience • Coordinate between customers, technicians, estimators, insurance partners, and vendors • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely updates • Gather essential information (vehicle details, accident info, insurance claim number, contact info) • Schedule estimates • Explain the collision center's process and timelines • Prepare customer files and ensure all documents are complete • Alert customer when vehicle is done
• Collect payment and handle deductible transactions • Ensure customer satisfaction and request feedback or reviews • Clear verbal and written communication • Active listening and empathy
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Accurate data entry • Time management and follow-through
• Basic understanding of collision repair terminology
• Ability to de-escalate frustrated customers • Commitment to transparency and trust-building Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment
