Driving new business growth, the full-time remote Director of GTM Operations will manage Tebra's go-to-market operating engine, focusing on the acquisition system's performance across Marketing and Sales to meet company growth targets. Key responsibilities Own the acquisition funnel from lead to closed won, ensuring pipeline health and new logo attainment Partner with analysts to translate data into actionable insights for funnel performance and pipeline health Lead a cross-functional team, establishing processes and prioritization frameworks to support GTM operations Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS Proven track record of improving GTM funnel performance, including pipeline generation and revenue outcomes Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and SMB go-to-market motions Experience leading cross-functional operations and analytics teams, including hiring and performance management Strong technical acumen across GTM systems, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
