What’s In It For You? Consistent weekday schedules with reliable hours Part-time positions Monday-Thursday 8AM-3:30PM. Full-time positions Monday-Friday 8AM-3:30PM. Read and implement plan‑ograms to complete resets and remodels accurately Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan‑ogram standards Process restocks, reorders, and pack‑outs Partner with store teams and co‑workers to complete projects efficiently Communicate observations and issues to leadership Use web‑based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and reporting Complete required project documentation accurately and on time Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines How Will You Succeed? Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Work collaboratively in a team environment Build positive relationships with store personnel and teammates Communicate professionally and effectively Stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience & Qualifications Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations Experience reading and using plan‑ograms required Grocery reset experience preferred Professional demeanor and appearance Comfortable using smartphones and technology applications Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
