Maternity Follow-Up Registered Nurse

Overview JOB SUMMARY The role encompasses the management of antepartum, postpartum, infant, and pediatric (to 3 years) patient care through implementation of the nursing process, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: See License and Certification Experience: Maternal Child and Lactation Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Strong maternal-child background. Excellent interactive skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. The Postpartum Center RN works with specialized equipment and must demonstrate competent nursing skills and judgment. License/Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California. A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required. International Certified Lactation Consultant or enrolled in program within a year or more than 5 years lactation consultant experience. Equipment: Bili-Check meter, Breast pumps, Bili-Blanket, vital sign machine Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.

PAY RANGE

$47.90 - $71.84 The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.
