Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School-Based 1:1 Student Care

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student at Monadnock Middle/High School . This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and help a student thrive in the classroom every day.

Position Details

• Location: Monadnock Middle/High School – Swanzey, NH
• Schedule: 7:15 AM – 2:30 PM
• Setting: School-Based | One-on-One Student Care
• Employment Type: Part/Full Time available

What You'll Do

As the student's dedicated nurse, you will:

• Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
• Monitor the student's health status and respond to medical needs as they arise.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and the student's care plan.
• Partner with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support the student's health, safety, and success.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that allows your student to fully participate in school.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the past five years
• Current CPR Certification (paid renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care
