As a Bindery Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing and finishing operations. This position supports both bindery and wide format production, involving hands-on work with printing, finishing, and post-production equipment. You'll assist with collating, stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, laminating, mounting, and packing materials, while also operating wide format printing and finishing equipment to produce banners, decals, posters, and signage. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and pride in producing quality work.

From setup to finish, your role in the process includes:

• Setting up and operating bindery, finishing, and wide format equipment according to job specifications
• Stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, laminating, mounting, and grommeting materials
• Following job tickets and written instructions to meet customer requirements
• Performing routine cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Entering time and material data into production tracking systems
• Maintaining image quality, color accuracy, and overall production standards
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Following standard work practices and maintaining a safe work environment

• Ability to read and understand job tickets and production instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong attendance, work ethic, and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and job tracking
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing for the duration of the shift

Previous experience operating machinery is preferred but not required - training is available for motivated candidates.

Your production schedule includes:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
