RN Charge- Registered Nurse

Job Overview Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. This role leads, supervises and directs, and/or delegates all nursing functions on the assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem-solving and decision-making. They are responsible for supervising in compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. The team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.
