Service Manager - Heavy Construction Equipment Location: Philadelphia, PA Reports To: Branch Manager Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead shop and field service operations supporting heavy construction and specialty equipment . This role is responsible for day-to-day service execution, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in heavy equipment service, scheduling, and cost control, and a customer-first mindset.
