Compensation Analyst

Job Title: Compensation/Varicent Analyst Location: Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Duration: 6+ months contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM About the Opportunity This position involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. The role contributes to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables and involves reviewing and analyzing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The position also involves collaborating with client personnel in Business Execution and contributing to the resolution of moderately complex issues. Must-Haves: Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent. Translate compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications including field level definitions, transformations, and validation rules. Perform data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, identify risks, and support decision making. Collaborate with product, data engineering, and technology teams to align business needs with technical execution. Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and data definitions. Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities. Support enterprise data discovery, onboarding, and integration efforts. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $53 to $55 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
