Hall's Heating & Air LLC in Amarillo, TX is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Advisor to promote and sell heating and air conditioning upgrades and replacements. You'll engage with customers and present them with solutions for improving their HVAC systems.

THE RESIDENTIAL HVAC ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you meet these qualifications?

• Commission-based sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to meet goals and targets
• In-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience (preferred, not required)

Can you perform these duties?

• Conducting in-home HVAC system consultations and identifying opportunities for upgrades and replacements
• Helping prospects select the right heating and air conditioning equipment for their systems and generating cost estimates for the upgrade
• Performing accurate sizing, evaluations, and load calculations
• Clearly explaining financing options and encouraging customers to approve the work
• Communicating project information to installers and the service team to ensure we fully meet the customer's expectations
• Building positive customer relationships and helping increase business revenue

SCHEDULE

This isn't a standard Monday–Friday 8–5 role - and that's part of what makes it rewarding. Comfort Advisors work on a flexible, customer‑driven schedule that varies day to day. Some days start at 8 AM, others at 10 AM, and end times may range from late afternoon to early evening. Saturday availability helps you maximize your earning potential, since many homeowners prefer weekend consultations. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and meeting customers at the times when decisions actually happen, you'll thrive here!
