Yamaguchi Ramen Bar in El Paso, TX, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead Server to join our team. What You'll DoAs a Shift Lead Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the authentic Yamaguchi Ramen Bar experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team during your shift.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Taking and serving orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with management to create a positive and productive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a server or leadership role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
