Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Float between ICU, Emergency Room, and Medical/Surgical units as assigned
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards across multiple unit types
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit-specific workflows

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in ICU, Emergency Room, and/or Medical/Surgical nursing
• Ability to float and function competently across multiple units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• ACLS certification
• Experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
