This is a fully remote opportunity with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. We provide warm leads, strong leadership, and the systems you need to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

Confidently present and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a robust sales pipeline.

Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close with consistency.

Build long-term relationships through follow-up and outstanding service.

What You’ll Bring

Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
