Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Job Responsibilities Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly traffic‑heavy retail environment using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Consistently leverages digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and using solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Completes training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources; reviews personal results, current promotions, and updates to stay customer ready at all times. Partner with nearby store locations to on‑board customers, practice skills, share knowledge, perform store operations, opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets. Exhibits a customer‑obsessed mindset by providing exceptional service, exceeding expectations, proactively reaching out to potential customers, capturing referrals, managing follow‑ups, and performing price overrides for specialty offers. Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Within the first 90 days working at T‑Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. As an owner, all employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
